  8. After that, choose the Networking tab. Now, under This connection uses the following items options, you need to select Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) or Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
  9. Next, click on Properties.
  10. After that, click on Advanced and choose the DNS tab. In case you notice any DNS server IP address listed there, write them down for further reference as well as eliminate them from the current Window. 
  11. Now, click on the OK button. Choose to Use the following DNS server addresses. In case, you notice any IP address is listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, note down them for further reference. 
  12. Again, replace those addresses with the IP address of the Google DNS servers.

For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.

For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844.

After performing all these steps, try to restart the connection which you have selected and check whether the setup is working properly.
