  • net stop msiserver

  • ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
  • ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

  • net start wuauserv
  • net start cryptSvc
  • net start bits
  • net start msiserver
