For Windows

Follow the steps to restart the Windows computer:

  1. If you are using a Windows 8 or 8.1 or 10 on your computer, then press the keys  ‘Ctrl’, ‘Alt’ and ‘Del’ together from the keyboard.
  2. After that power on the computer.
  3. If you are using a laptop then press and hold the Power button for some time.
  4. Then select the option ‘Restart’ to restart the computer.
  5. If you are using a Windows 7 computer then press the  ‘Ctrl’, ‘Alt’ and ‘Del’ keys together from the keyboard.
  6. Then select the option ‘Restart’ to restart the computer.

For Mac

  1. At first press the ‘Control’, ‘command’ and the ‘Eject’ keys together from the keyboard.
  2. Then select ‘Restart’ to reboot the computer.

Reinstalling Dropbox

To reinstall the dropbox go through these steps:

  1. Press the ‘Windows’ logo and the letter ‘I’ from the keyboard. to open the ‘settings’ on the computer.
  2. Then on the ‘Settings’ page, select the option ‘System’ from the list and then choose the ‘Apps and Features’ from the list.
  3. Then select ‘Dropbox’ or ‘Dropbox X GB’ from the list to delete it. Then select the option ‘Uninstall’ to uninstall it.
  4. After that reboot your computer.
  5. Now download and install Dropbox on the computer.

Registering And Downloading Dropbox

If the Dropbox which you are using on your computer is not registered, then you may face this issue. Therefore, follow the steps below to register and download the Dropbox:

  1. At first ‘register’ the Dropbox and then ‘download’ Dropbox on the computer.

  10. After that, reboot your computer
