Solution 4 – Create a New User account

Another solution that helps is if the users try and create fresh user accounts for themselves in Windows. If you do not know how to do this, please follow these instructions:

Press together the Windows Home button + R button to open the Run box, type ‘control userpasswords2’, and then hit the Enter button.

Step 2

When the User Accounts window opens, tap on the Add option.

Step 3

Now you can see Sign in window open. Click on the ‘Sign in without a Microsoft account’ option.

Step 4

You will see Add a User window in front of your screen. Then tap on the ‘Local account’.

Step 5

In the Local Account, put all your details and then click on the Next and then click on the Finish. Now your new account will open. After doing that, restart your system and check the problem is resolved. If the problem is solved, delete the old account and use this account as a personal and move your important files and documents into the new account.

Solution 5 – By using Command Prompt

By using the Command Prompt, you can fix this problem easily. This is how you can do it immediately:

Step 1

Go to the Search Panel, type cmd and then, right click on the search result to open the list. Select Run as administrator option.

Step 2

Once the Command Prompt window opens, type ‘sfc /scannow’ and then tap Enter. After the scan completes, restart your system and then check if the Avast antivirus works properly without any issue.

Solution 6 – Reinstall The Avast Antivirus

Uninstall the antivirus and again install the antivirus, sometimes fix the problem.

Step 1

Open the Control Panel, then go to the Programs And Features option. Alternatively, go to the Search Panel, type Control Panel and then hit the Enter key.

Step 2

In the Programs And Features window, you will find the Avast antivirus software, click on it.

Step 3

Tap on the Uninstall option. Now the uninstall process will start. After uninstalling this antivirus software, again install it from the Play Store. Once the install is completed, check the problem is solved.

Solution 7 – Clear the Junk Files

This solution is also very effective to fix this issue. Sometimes the junk files occupy the greatest space in your computer, then you can see this error message on your system. So, as soon as possible, clear all the junk files from your system.

You need to click on the Start button to open the menu list.

Step 2

Open the search box and type “cmd” to launch Command Prompt. Do not press the Enter button immediately.

In the Command Prompt box, type cleanmgr and then press Enter.

Step 4

You will see that the Disk Cleanup will begin to calculate how much space corrupted with the junk files. Many cases, this file will corrupt most of the spaces.
